MSRP is $425 and they are available now.
Find a copy of Issue #48 of Scoot Magazine for dyno charts and technical information on how the jetting was determined. Best jetting on a stock Stella running a 20/20D carb is going to be;

55/160 idle jet
160 air corrector
BE3 mixer
100-105 main jet (+/-)
P200 air filter (or deblue.... dyno tests were performed with a P200 air filter.

I notice the 200 motors are left out. Is this because it's tuned for a smaller displacement setup, or simply that a 200 header has not been made?

Stella/LML Results-A Clear Winner
That dark green line is 226 Vintage, kinging the competition in HP right where it counts. Increased HP means increase of between 8 - 12 mph, making some models more freeway accessible. More than 150 dyno runs were made and many were repeated to ensure the accuracy of the results. Each run was made in 4th gear with wide open throttle. An air fuel (A/F) sensor was used to ensure accurate jetting throughout the tests. Horsepower (HP) is calculated from torque values and for this article we will show HP and not torque. MPH will also be used instead of RPM. It was determined speed is easier for most to relate to.

The tests were performed in the preferred sequence of upgrades. Preferred sequence refers to an order of upgrades complementing performance increase. The Dyno Star brand dynometer used for the Stella/LML Project is owned by Karl Engellenner of Motorcycle Machinist Specialties in Sacramento, CA.

Because You Asked
The P200 Hot Wing

You asked for it, so we did it. There was enough interest in P200 exhaust systems that we put in the time and R & D for you. Fresh off the dyno, the new P200 Hot Wing pipe performed in typical 226 fashion, offering 16.5 peak HP - a full half HP better than anything else in its class. The dyno testing was performed with a Malossi 210 kit and stock gearing. The pipe was also tested with a stock cylinder with consistent results.

I'd like to see that too. I wouldn't be suprised if it's only competition is that unobtainium "Pipe Design Bullet" exhaust.

Can you post a graph for the P200 that show lower speeds ?
My problem is of more power on lower speeds as I drive with a sidecar.
If you have with a Pinasco 215 instead of the Malossi 210 it will be even better :D

Looks cool, congratulations! I know a lot of time and work went into it.

You wouldn't happen to have dyno graphs that chart torque and hp against RPM, would you?

Any pics of one mounted?

Again, congrats ... and best of luck with the marketing and with everything that comes next...

This graph is for the Stella 150 Hot Wing. NOT the P200. Same legend from the Stella Hot Wing posted above. I will have photos of a mounted pipe soon!

Thanks for the graph. Err, maybe I'm missing something, but is there a legend for the Stella Hot Wing posted above? I'm not seeing it...
